Celebrate Overview

The meandering River Medway in the wide-bottomed valley, differing sized communities scattered throughout and evidence of current and past industries give the Medway Gap its distinctive look and feel.

Valley of Visions is encouraging local communities to not only realise the importance of these distinctive characteritics of the local area but also to enjoy and celebrate them.

Local communities, schools and local groups are being given the opportunity to celebrate their local area and tell others about it through a programme of creative arts projects - Engaging Landscapes and Sounds of the Valley.
